3kvib Terms & Conditions — Complete Platform Usage Policy

By using the 3kvib website or mobile app, you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. These terms form a legally binding agreement between 3kvib and the user.

3kvib services are available only to those who are legally permitted to use such services. It is the user's own responsibility to confirm that online betting is lawful in their area. 3kvib accepts no liability in this regard.

These Terms and Conditions are written in Bengali because 3kvib believes true transparency means users can understand everything in their own language. If you have any questions about a particular term, 3kvib's support team is always ready to help.

To open an account with 3kvib, the following conditions must be met. If any condition is not fulfilled, 3kvib reserves the right to close the account at any time.

• You must be 18 years of age or older — no exceptions.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete.
• Each individual may open one account only. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are found, all accounts will be closed and the funds held in them may be forfeited.
• A national ID card or passport may be required for KYC (Know Your Customer) verification.
• Opening an account using a proxy or VPN is prohibited.

The 3kvib registration verification process is typically completed within 24 hours. Additional verification may be required before large withdrawals — this is done to protect the user.

All financial transactions on 3kvib are processed through secure, encrypted channels. Please read the following payment rules carefully.

• The welcome bonus is for new members only and can be claimed once per account.
• All bonuses carry wagering requirements — typically 5–20x the bonus amount.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 7 to 30 days — any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled upon expiry.
• Winnings from bets placed with bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• Multiple promos cannot be combined unless specifically stated otherwise.

3kvib reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus program at any time. However, bonuses already credited to your account will not be affected.

The following rules are mandatory when placing bets on 3kvib and apply equally to all users.

• Once a bet is confirmed it generally cannot be cancelled — so review the odds and stake carefully before placing it.
• If a match is abandoned or postponed, bets will be refunded or voided in accordance with 3kvib's policy.
• 3kvib reserves the right to void bets placed at odds resulting from clear technical errors.
• Any bets suspected of being linked to match fixing or irregularities will be investigated and voided if evidence is found.
• 3kvib reserves the right to reject bets placed late in live betting due to network delays.
• Attempts to exploit minor odds discrepancies (price movements) for significant arbitrage gains may result in the relevant bets being limited or voided.

If you believe there is an issue with a bet settlement, notify 3kvib support within 72 hours of placing the bet. Complaints submitted after this period may not be considered.

The following activities are strictly prohibited when using 3kvib's services. These actions may not only result in account closure but could also lead to legal action.

• Using 3kvib for money laundering purposes.
• Exploiting hacking, phishing, or software bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Placing bets using automated bots or software.
• Using another person's account or placing bets on someone else's behalf.
• Misconduct or threats directed at 3kvib staff.
• Operating multiple accounts under false identities.
• Placing bets using insider information.

3kvib automatically detects suspicious activity. If a violation is confirmed, all funds in the account will be forfeited and the relevant authorities may be notified.

3kvib may temporarily suspend or permanently close a user's account under the following circumstances.

• Any violation of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification or submission of fraudulent documents.
• Extended period of inactivity (more than 12 months).
• Account closed at the user's own request.
• For legal reasons or as directed by a regulatory authority.

If an account is suspended, 3kvib will notify the user by email within 48 hours. If no terms have been violated, users may contact support from their registered email address to request a review.

3kvib reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be announced on the website at least 7 days before they take effect, and a notification will be sent to your registered email address.

Continuing to use 3kvib after any changes to the terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree, please request that your account be closed.

For any dispute or complaint, please contact 3kvib customer support in the first instance. If a resolution cannot be reached, neutral third-party mediation is available. 3kvib is always committed to a fair resolution.
